A Fabric and Wood Floor Lamp Rated for Rooms up to 30 Square Metres
A handcrafted fabric shade on a natural wooden base, and the maker rates the pair for rooms of 15 to 30 square metres, which is a living room rather than a corner. The fabric diffuses the light into a warm ambient glow instead of a beam, and the slim footprint means it takes up almost no floor. Two heights, 52 cm and 82 cm, each in light or dark wood.
A steady choice for living rooms and reading nooks, where soft ambient light is the aim.
Demand is high and stock is moving fast. Ordered today, dispatched within 24-48 hours.
Why Choose This Wabi Sabi Floor Lamp
-
Handcrafted fabric shade: the light passes through the weave, warm rather than bright.
-
Natural wooden base: solid wood in a light or dark finish, with the grain visible.
-
Rated for 15 to 30 square metres: the maker states the area, so it is not guesswork.
-
Space saving: 23 cm across at the base, so it fits beside a chair.
-
Standard E27 bulbs: 16 to 20 W, and replacements are the ordinary ones.
Perfect For
Reading nooks. Beside a chair, the taller version puts light at page height.
Living rooms. Ambient light at floor level that an overhead fitting cannot give.
Bedrooms. The shorter version works on the floor beside the bed or on a low chest.
Small rooms. A narrow base means it costs almost no floor space.
